UNOMR is revolutionizing single-molecule protein analysis with its patented serial nanopore sensor, initially targeting protein glycosylation. Addressing a USD 60 billion market, their technology unlocks new possibilities in healthcare, drug development, and food science. With a vision to bring advanced proteomics to the patient, UNOMR is paving the way for the next leap in precision medicine.

  • In May 2025 UNOMR receives CHF 150,000 from Venture Kick to bring a new dimension to proteomics analysis.

  • Aptamer-Functionalized Interface Nanopores Enable Amino Acid-Specific Peptide Detection

    Cofounders Julian Hengsteler & Til Schlotter, in collaboration with Nako Nakatsuka, Ph.D., published an exciting paper demonstrating UNOMR’s ability to target specific amino-acids on peptides with their aptamer-functionalized interface nanopores.

ATLyphe are a pre-clinical biotech spin-off from the ETH Zurich and University of Zurich. They are focused in the area of precision medicine, working on a T-cell engager and activator technology, with the goal to make hematopoetic transplant of stem cells safer and more effective.
